What counts as a proofed order?
An order counts once, in the billing month when you send its first proof. Revisions, reminders and decisions on that order don’t count again, and orders you never send a proof for are free.
What happens if I go over my plan?
You get a warning at 80% of your monthly allowance. At 100% you can’t send a first proof for a new order until the next month or until you upgrade. Revisions and decisions on orders already in progress keep working, and there are no automatic upgrades or overage charges.
Do my customers need an account?
No. Customers open a private link and approve or request changes. There is nothing to sign up for or install, and customers are unlimited on every plan.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Change plans from Billing inside the app whenever you like. Billing goes through your Shopify invoice, there’s no contract, and uninstalling the app cancels your subscription.
Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. The Free plan includes 10 proofed orders a month with no time limit.
Do you charge per user or per revision?
No. Team members, customers and revisions are unlimited on every plan. You only pay for proofed orders.
